產(chǎn)品說明

本款單向離合器主要應(yīng)用于配備內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī)的電動自行車，由本公司獨立研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)。使用本離合器轉(zhuǎn)子的動平衡效果更好，提升了電動自行車電機(jī)的使用性能，具有使用壽命長，耐高溫，低噪音，性能更穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點。

Product description

This one-way clutch is primarily used in electric bicycles equipped with internal rotor motors, and is independently developed and produced by our company. The use of this clutch rotor results in better dynamic balancing, enhancing the performance of the electric bicycle motor. It boasts advantages such as long service life, high temperature resistance, low noise, and more stable performance.

技術(shù)參數(shù)要求：

1.內(nèi)部使用高溫潤滑脂填料并做好密封，潤滑脂工作溫度為-20℃至150℃。

2.軸承游隙：C3-C5，軸承振動級：Z2組。

3.零件在裝配前必須清理和清洗干凈，嚴(yán)禁敲打內(nèi)、外圈。

4.單向器額定扭矩50N.m，最大扭矩大于80N.m，離合次數(shù)大于30萬次以上。

5.從視圖A方向看，外圈不動，內(nèi)齒輪圈按照上圖旋轉(zhuǎn)箭頭方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。

Technical parameter requirements:

1. Use high-temperature grease filling internally and seal it properly. The working temperature of the grease is -20 ℃ to 150 ℃.

2. Bearing clearance: C3-C5, bearing vibration level: Z2 group.

3. The parts must be cleaned and washed thoroughly before assembly, and it is strictly prohibited to strike the inner and outer rings.

4. The rated torque of the one-way drive is 50N. m, the maximum torque is greater than 80N. m, and the number of clutch transmissions is greater than 300000 times.

5. From the direction of view A, the outer ring remains stationary, while the inner wheel rim rotates in the direction of the rotation arrow shown in the diagram.
