DE4048單向內芯

DE系列是一個使用于標準尺寸離合器上帶有支撐的保持架。較小的尺寸和高傳輸扭矩提供了一些有趣的技術和節(jié)約成本的解決方案。緊密貼合多個保持架來增加扭矩。當用來加工生產(chǎn)時必須嚴格遵守以下規(guī)定：

1）表面硬度達到60/62 HRC

2）經(jīng)過淬煉后有1毫米最小回火深度

3）確保內外圈同心旋轉

4）可以使用潤滑劑

The DE Series.... is a cage with contact elements running on a metric sized freewheel race.The smaller dimensions and the high transmission torque offer some interesting technical and cost-saving solutions.Fitting multiple cages side-by-side increases torques.When the sliding race is machined in the seats or on the shafts,the following specifications must be adhered to:

1)60/62 HRC surface hardness

2)1mm minimum depth of tempering after grinding

3)ensure the concentric rotation of the races

4)lubrication suitable for the application.
