產(chǎn)品介紹

本款單向離合器主要應(yīng)用于配備內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī)的電動(dòng)自行車，由本公司獨(dú)立研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)。使用本離合器轉(zhuǎn)子的動(dòng)平衡效果更好，提升了電動(dòng)自行車電機(jī)的使用性能，具有使用壽命長(zhǎng)，耐高溫，低噪音，性能更穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Product description

This type of product is mainly used in electric bicycles equipped with inner rotor motors, and is independently developed and produced by our company. The use of the inner rotor motor clutch makes the dynamic balance better, improves the performance of the electric bicycle motor, and has the advantages of long service life, high temperature resistance, low noise, and more stable performance.

技術(shù)要求:

1. 基準(zhǔn)面A處高頻淬火，滲層深度1.5-2mm，滲層硬度為HRC58-62;

2. 工件無(wú)毛刺、翻邊、開(kāi)、變形等缺陷;3.齒輪的齒廓需要修緣，齒形表面拋光處理

Technical requirements:

1. High-frequency quenching at the reference surface A, with a penetration depth of 1.5-2mm and a hardness of HRC58-62 in the penetration layer;

2. The workpiece should be free of defects such as burrs, flanging, cracks, and deformation; 3. The tooth profile of the gear needs to be chamfered, and the tooth surface should be polished
